Waitress • Ughelli North, Delta State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waitress in Ughelli North, Delta State. You will work at a beach resort. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Day to day you will raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); upsell starters, desserts and beverages; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left.
