Now hiring: we are hiring a TIG welder in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. You will work at a busy fabrication workshop. On a typical shift you will set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish. Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Pay around ₹220 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
