Overhead (EOT) crane operator wanted in Shelleng

Great opportunity: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Shelleng, Adamawa State. You will work at a shipbuilding yard. Ideal candidate: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging You will hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around ₦235,000 per month, based on your experience.
