Bakery assistant — Dikwa

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Dikwa, Borno State. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Six days a week, one day off.
