Cnc turner — Bama

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc turner in Bama, Borno State. The role involves change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; load and index turning tools in the turret; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; write and edit G-code programs at the control; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes. Requirements: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg 5+ years on the tools preferred.
