Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change You will check back during the meal and handle special requests; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules.
