Dough maker • Wayne County, Georgia

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Wayne County, Georgia. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $150 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
