Lathe programmer-operator — Fayette County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Fayette County, Texas. You will be based at an auto-components manufacturing unit. The role involves load and index turning tools in the turret; write and edit G-code programs at the control; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet. You should have: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
