Immediate opening: cnc setter-operator (Kansas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Atchison County, Kansas. The job is at a busy machine shop. What we are looking for: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T The role involves write and edit G-code programs at the control; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet. $260 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
