The role involves: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
