Line cook • Ese Odo, Ondo State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a line cook in Ese Odo, Ondo State. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer ₦105,000 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
