The role involves treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour. Requirements: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes ₹19,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
