Abattoir worker — Ghaziabad

We are recruiting: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. You will work in a meat processing plant. Day-to-day duties: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts We are looking for able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler; confident knife skills and safe blade handling; knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required.
