Tracked excavator operator — Douglas County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tracked excavator operator in Douglas County, Washington. You will be based in an open-cast quarry. On the job you will handle: • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient Requirements: • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing Full-time, day shift.
