Press machine operator — Oluyole

Great opportunity: we are hiring a press machine operator in Oluyole, Oyo State. The job is at a busy press shop. Your main tasks: • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses You should have: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards 6+ years on the tools preferred.
