We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Banner County, Nebraska. The job is at a busy earthworks site. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence The role involves: • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear Six days a week, one day off.
