Grill cook wanted in Bayo

We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Bayo, Borno State. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards The role involves: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
