What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers The role involves monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; season and marinate meat on request; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date.
