Bread baker — Duval County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread baker in Duval County, Texas. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Day to day you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials.
