Gang bricklayer wanted in Logo

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Logo, Benue State. The job is at a renovation and extension job. Day-to-day duties: • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints You should have: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks 2+ years on the tools preferred.
