What we are looking for: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain Your main tasks: • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
