Immediate opening: head butcher (Yobe State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a head butcher in Geidam, Yobe State. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. The role involves monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case.
