Dish pit attendant • Sehore, Madhya Pradesh

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Sehore, Madhya Pradesh. You will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. Ideally you have previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred; able to stand on your feet for long shifts; basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus). Rotating shifts.
