Oven operator • Ese Odo, Ondo State

Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Ese Odo, Ondo State. The role involves pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; score the top of loaves before baking; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
