Captain waiter — Wilson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a captain waiter in Wilson County, Texas. The role involves: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Clear and reset tables between covers • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) What we are looking for: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
