Immediate opening: catering cook (Lagos State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a catering cook in Eti Osa, Lagos State. You will work at a cloud kitchen. You will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
