Deboner — Bungudu

Now hiring: we are hiring a deboner in Bungudu, Zamfara State. The job is in a meat processing plant. On the job you will handle: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Season and marinate meat on request • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
