Abattoir worker — Birnin Gwari

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Birnin Gwari, Kaduna State. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. On the job you will handle: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Season and marinate meat on request • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths 4+ years on the tools preferred.
