Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Perry County, Kentucky. The job is in a job-work machining unit. Day to day you will top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; write and edit G-code programs at the control; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet. You should have: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts 1+ years on the tools preferred.
