Captain waiter • Orsu, Imo State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a captain waiter in Orsu, Imo State. The job is in a café. Day-to-day duties: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery Ideal candidate: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Part-time with flexible hours.
