Day-to-day duties: • Clear and reset tables between covers • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager You should have: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Six days a week, one day off.
