Vacancy available: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Atchison County, Kansas. You will work on the press shop floor. Day to day you will adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading Six days a week, one day off.
