Join our team: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in Echols County, Georgia. You will work on a busy construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines What we are looking for: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
