Immediate opening: we are hiring a plant operator in Thoubal, Manipur. The job is on a busy civils and groundworks site. On the job you will handle: • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage Requirements: • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. ₹32,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
