Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Gujba, Yobe State. On a typical shift you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
