Turning centre operator — Middlesex County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Middlesex County, Virginia. You will work in a tool room. Ideal candidate: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts The role involves: • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
