Great opportunity: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Port-Harcourt, Rivers State. Day to day you will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; greet guests, seat them and present the menu. What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
