Immediate opening: we are hiring a retail butcher in Washington County, Ohio. The role involves: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
