Powder spray gun operator — Ibarapa Central

Join our team: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Ibarapa Central, Oyo State. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. You will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Pay around ₦8,500 per day, based on your experience.
