Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Day-to-day duties: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
