Trowel-trade bricklayer — Barkin Ladi

Join our team: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Barkin Ladi, Plateau State. You will be based on a scaffolded high-rise site. On a typical shift you will raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge. Ideal candidate: • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
