Now hiring: we are hiring a butcher in Warri South, Delta State. The role involves stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Part-time with flexible hours.
