Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform You will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; check back during the meal and handle special requests; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins.
