Retail butcher — Yauri

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a retail butcher in Yauri, Kebbi State. The role involves keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided.
