Now hiring: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Akamkpa, Cross River State. You should have: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service On a typical shift you will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); greet guests, seat them and present the menu.
