You should have: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages You will check back during the meal and handle special requests; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table.
