Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in Murray County, Minnesota. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. The role involves: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
