Now hiring: we are hiring a gardener in Boone County, Kentucky. You will be based at a private estate garden. You will dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs. What we are looking for: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Happy to work outdoors in all weather Full-time, day shift. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
