Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Howard County, Texas. The role involves follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
