Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Brewster County, Texas. The job is at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day-to-day duties: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
